  Needed personal Memorial cards made and laminated for my Mother's Memorial. Christina, David and Lucas designed these perfectly and with little effort. I greatly appreciated their expertise and knowledge when the job was done in an expedited manner. Thank ALL of you!!

  I cannot brag enough about this store ! Lucas and Robert are so kind and helpful. I needed something notarized and copies made. They are THE BEST store in St John’s,FL. Thank you Lucas and Robert you are my heroes! You don’t even need capes! Thank you so much for being so helpful and kind

  Liars and in my opinion the worst unprofessional and under trained "Pass the blame" store I ever worked with. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes and just take your money and do not care. I have spent a lot of money at this place when they had knowledgeable and trained people. NEVER AGAIN! Late last year I sent a package that contained batteries. However their employee did not ask or tell me the item could not contain these. The shipment was stopped and held. Upon chasing the items I was advised that it was still In Jacksonville 2 days later and had to be returned to me. However, They would NOT refund my money since it left their store and UPS would only tell us to contact the store. Over $400.00 ! I just sent another package for a few days ago with documents to purchase property in another state and this needed to be there the next day. The employee told me that it would be delivered by 4:30PM. It did not arrive until after 6pm which cost me the sale! I checked with them for a reimbursement they advised "OH you picked Economy Next Day" and under their terms that means they had until 10Pm to deliver. That is TOTAL LIE and your employee is a LIAR!! HE SAID IT WOULD BE THERE BY 4:30. Why would I pick this when I needed it delivered by a certain time frame? I do not mind spending money but I hate throwing it away. As a Owner Operator in my opinion you should lose your franchise. To all those whom read this BEWARE! Go to USPS, OR FEDEX or another branch of UPS. This STORE has turned into the worst I have ever used. I am a firm believer of KARMA. What goes around Comes around...

  I am very late in offering this review, but did not want to not give credit where credit is due. At the beginning of May I wanted to order yard signs to congratulate my daughter who was graduating from UNF. Samy enthusiastically offered to help and proceeded to design, layout and produce phenomenal work. I absolutely loved the signs he made! He was detailed, methodical and very creative. The turn around time was excellent. Could not have been happier with Samy and his service. I highly recommend!
