Then I had a package and she’s like you can’t package this one like this which I understood and then I’m like what’s your name and she refused to give me her name. She was very sarcastic and I told her I’m a customer and I demand a name because she is always rude and this is not the first time that I’ve experienced this type of service from her. I demanded a name and then she finally said her name was Jennifer. I will be talking to the owner because this Is about the 5th or 6th time she has been extremely rude. If you don’t like your job, find another one but don’t treat customer who are being nothing but nice to you disrespectfully.

I could tell they were extremely busy here, but she took the time to go through everyone at the 41 pages and highlight very clearly where I needed to sign which is on almost every single page to help me save time and decipher where I needed to focus on, so I didn’t have to read through and spend my time doing it, which really made the process easy. She was very kind and helpful to other people inside the buildings as several customers had other problems throughout my visit. She was helpful to her employees as well a credit to her. She’s leading with kindness and professionalism. Definitely deserve this review thanks, Talor!
