  My experience with Javier was so horrible worse customer service from packaging my box retrieving my receipt with tracking number his attitude if you have to show you have that behavior towards women customers then call out. I decided to contact manager Robert Sanchez after the conversation I see why his employees gets to be rude he looks a blind eye on customer service it has to start from the top managers supervisor should demand protocol of care customer service especially with packages shouldn’t be packaged like a head start school project treat people and packages with respect

  Fantastic customer service. I was in a hurry and forgot to put the prepaid label on my Rent the Runway return. Called the store and they found the package for me and said they would hold it until I could get back there. Then the associate called me back and said she would put the label on for me, saving me a trip. Thank you!
