    The associates are always friendly and helpful. I've made numerous Amazon returns, and they helped me find the code on my phone when I couldn't. Today I was shipping an item, and I noticed the label I put on wasn't sticking so I asked for tape and one of them said I got it with a big smile. They make me feel welcome.
