- EHEduardo HernandezNov 5, 20251.0Shipped a phone for my brother through here. Brought them a box that had a label and asked if I needed to pay for it or anything like that. Worker scanned box into the system and then gave me a receipt. I've now been told his phone was never received and he's being charged $1,000 for it. I'm gonna have 2 pray I find the receipt or call T mobile, but that's ridiculous. I've never lost anything shipped thru ups and can only think of 1 logical thing that happened to my brothers phone
