  Tarana and her team are always so friendly and helpful. This is by far the best UPS store in our area.

  Rude associate, demeaning and degrading. I will never use this location ever again. Sadly this is the closest location to my home but I will go out of my way to avoid the horrible service I received here.

  If I could give no stars I would. The Indian lady was extremely rude. I waited about 10 minutes before I was greeted. After I was acknowledged I was then brushed off as I attempted to ask about having documents printed. She said I could use the computer or just email it to her. I chose to email it. During the printing process she advised that it was .79 to print a color document. I agreed. Once the printing was done, she attempted to charge me 2.99. Stating that she was charging me for computer use. I DID NOT USE THE COMPUTER AT ALL. Once I spoke up she changed the price to 2.00. Smh. She was rude and disrespectful to me while praising the white lady in line ahead of me. The rasict undertone was definitely present and on full blast. THEY WON'T EVER GET ANOTHER DONE OF MY MONEY! IF YOU'RE BLACK I ADVISE YOU THINK TWICE BEFORE PATRONIZING THIS BUSINESS. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
