    Zoe's kindness was relieving after a long line. Although the store stays so consistently busy and doesn't give the staff much opportunity for breaks, their smiles stay on afresh for every new customer. Thank you for shining that light Zoe!

    Zoe had the most amazing attitude and personality of any employee I've EVER dealt with in a UPS store!! The store was clean and nearly organized, and Zoe's customer service just put it over the top!! We need more Zoey's!!

    I had around 8 Amazon returns to make, their Kiosk by the door made things really easy and there was a kind, younger hispanic girl that helped me while I was in line behind 5 people--saved me a ton of time waiting, and I really appreciate that. I've told them in person, but I think it's important to give a good review for these hard-working individuals. Keep up the great work! P.S. To the negative reviewers, give this place another chance. Maybe it was a rough day. When I was helped they were extremely busy, as well. They still managed to impress me with their service and efficiency. Thanks again! UPS > FedEx

    I believe UPS is Defrauding Amazon of Shipping Fees. Here is how their scam might work. If you are reading this you have had a package not show up at the designated time. I believe that the tracking even say "attempted" delivery except you can tell that no delivery was attempted. I believe UPS puts down an "attempted" delivery of a two day Amazon delivery because when they miss the two day window I believe Amazon does not pay them for the delivery. However if UPS can make it look like it is because of the customer or location they I believe they still receive their contracted payment. If this were to be true this would represent a defrauding of both the customer and Amazon. This sort of systematic fraud would possibly constitute a class action lawsuit by customers and likely action on the part of Amazon them selves. If you are a fellow Amazon and therefore UPS customer it may be worth looking for counsel locally to see if representation can be acquired on a contingency basis. That or just keep getting the least acceptable service possible and continue to let UPS profit from your complacency. To be clear if this is what is going on, UPS make a lot of revenue by NOT delivering your packages. This will also explain why there is no longer a number for this facility. When you can call them they tell you there is nothing you can do. That is not true. Call Amazon and let them know you suspect fraud. They diffidently care about their money.
