  This is the one UPS location that has great customer service, employees actually care and want to help you with a (real) smile on their faces.

  The quality of customer service here is worse than any other store you could possible imagine. The manager Jenn on site was nowhere to be found, and their employee Ashley took my package w confidence, when I returned the next day to follow up on some paperwork, she ran in the back so she didn’t have to deal with me cause she knew she didn’t have the paperwork I returned for. Then her co workers didn’t wanna give me her name, luckily they have on employee there who did the right thing. I would highly suggest using another store, and if there’s a manager that can see this, I would seriously rethink who you’re leaving to represent your establishment. I would give 0 stars if it were possible!

  They're really nice and they always give me a receipt. For the person saying that it's crowded and trashy, that's a lie. And for the person who didn't get their package, that has nothing to do with this store. I will go out of my way to go to this store because it's clean and there's a lot of space and it's not crowded and the people working there are so nice.
