    I had great service from the person who helped me. He went out of his way to do what I’m not sure he was even required to do. I think he noticed that I probably would not be able to do what was required.

    I was charged $46 for a box and bubble wrap for a free amazon return. When I questioned the price I was told it was for packing also. I told the employee that I could pack it myself and I was ignored. Never,ever again will I use the UPS store. $46 for cardboard and bubble wrap. I feel violated because I had to return something.
