Usually I go to the UPS store on Smoky Hill (and it’s much busier) but they’re definitely not trying to upsell customers.

I sent my husband in to ship something and I told him to let them know which bar code because I had neglected to mark out the other one and when my husband pointed it out the clerk literally said 'I think I know, I do this all day long' absolutely uncalled for. I emailed just to let them know and my email was unanswered. I will move to another location. There is no reason they can't be nice to customers all the time.
