Broke my neck and drove 30 miles to get there yesterday only to find them closed during a time their sign said they would be open.

Charged me $9 to weigh my item and to borrow the measuring tape. I measured it myself and had my own tape. I was not warned about this. This was ridiculous and I’m never coming here again.

Honestly would give them zero stars if possible. Called them a few days ago to price a service, went in and they charged me double that quote. I know ups store policies, I use them in every city I travel to (26 states so far in 2025). I brought up my conversation with them. 3 employees decided to argue with me. Would never recommend this ups store to anyone, liars and thieves. Worst one I’ve seen. Thanks for reading my Karen rant.

I don't write many reviews, but when a service is exceptional or sadly on the other end of the spectrum, the retail establishment has earned their reward. Beware of using notary services at this location. An employee may or may not understand their duties as a notary, as I have experienced first hand. Even worse, the owner of the store who is advertising notary services for a fee, really doesn't understand the duties of a notary. A notary can be relied upon to verify the identity of the signer. If it ever became neccessary to affirm the notarial act in a courtroom, mediation, or other legal review - good luck trying to access the notary as advertised. You are better off going to a professional notary, or to your local bank, who provides notary services to their customers. I have found notary service from a banker professional and more reliable. The notary service at this store is not that caliber and a little more scketch. I also notice that in the google reviews, other customers from this store who also had negative experiences with the notary service. It seems to be rooted in the owner.
