  I always have a great experience at this UPS Store! The service is consistently excellent, and the whole team is friendly, helpful, and professional. My favorite part is working with the manager, Bobbie K. — she’s incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and makes everything so smooth and stress-free. You can really tell she cares about both her team and the customers. This store is by far my favorite UPS location, and I highly recommend it!

  Pour customer service. Won’t even let you tape boxes up that were damaged in shipping for a return. Literally snatched the tape roll off the counter and told no, but you can purchase some. And proceeded to point to the wall products.

  Hoy tuve una experiencia muy desagradable en esta sucursal. Una empleada fue grosera conmigo, no quiso ayudarme a imprimir el label de mi paquete y me habló de mala gana. A otra persona (que no era latina) sí la ayudó con amabilidad. Me sentí ignorada y discriminada. No es la primera vez que veo este tipo de trato selectivo, y honestamente me parece inaceptable que en pleno 2025 siga existiendo racismo y falta de respeto en un lugar de servicio al cliente. Espero que UPS tome esto en serio y capacite a su personal para tratar a todos por igual.
