    I would like to give a quick shout out to the team at this UPS Store. They are quick, efficient, always have a smile on their faces. It's a great place to drop off and we have never not had a package show up shipped out of this location. I would highly recommend sending your packages from here. Good work to CoCo, Kevin, Maddie, Adrian, and Owen.

    I went in there with a package that was packed up perfectly. The box was recycled from a previous shipment to my house. The person told me they couldn’t ship it out because the cardboard didn’t have a specific seal on it which I’ve never heard in my many years of shipping out items. I went across the street to FedEx, and they took care of me right away. When I explained to them the story of the seal not being on the cardboard they also had no idea what UPS was talking about.

    Brought an amazon return in, small box, with label, and all taped up extremely well. The girl at the counter said my packing and shipping tape, which i had purchased from another ups store, wasnt "the right" tape, and i would need to "pay for tape", and that this was their new policy for amazon returns. She then proceeded to put 6" of tape right over top my tape, attached only to my preexisting tape. This is the scammiest ups store ive ever been to, avoid this location!!!
