The photo quality was awful — crooked, blurry, poorly lit, and with a background so small that a person barely fits in the frame. They use an old camera with no tripod, just standing there like it’s an amateur setup, yet they charge as if it were a professional service. Honestly, you could take a much better photo yourself with a phone and a free app. I had my picture taken twice, and both times it came out bad. When I asked for a refund, they refused and insisted on taking it again for the third time instead of admitting the issue. Totally disappointing and not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend getting your passport photos done here.
