  this is more for UPS in general and not really for the store itself - just really inflexible company in the name of "privacy" - won't let me change anything to make my delivery possible after they failed to deliver my package within their own estimated time frame. Now, a case of fine wine is in limbo because of absolutely unnecessary bureaucracy with UPS. has happened before and it's always SUCH a nightmare dealing with their representatives online. they cannot care less. and the workers in the store, while friendly, are completely limited by UPS policy to do anything helpful. Just a nightmare every time. thumbs WAY down. just awful.

  Unsure why the reviews are tipsy. I find the store to be helpful staff and professional. This is were i stand. My go to ups store. Thank you staff for the amazing service!

  It's mentioned that working hours on Sunday from 10:00am-3:00pm. Now is 1:16 and it's closed!!! I'm disappointed, why am I paying so much you guys?!!!!!!
