  While on vacation in MBSC, we had a last minute emergency requiring printing multiple complex documents to be notarized, and subsequent uploading, and it turned into quite a long project. It took over an hour (at the end of the day) to figure it all out and get all the documents collated, etc. Tara was so kind, patient and professional as she helped us through the process. She really went above and beyond, and we are so grateful to her. Meanwhile, the store became very busy and she helped out as she was able, but the bulk of the work went to her co-worker Alyssa, who never failed in her efficiency and pleasant demeanor to each customer. We were very impressed by both of them. You have excellent employees in this UPS store (#6586 @Renee Dr in Myrtle Beach SC). Again, thank you so much, Tara and Alyssa, for your excellent customer service!

  I’ve had the pleasure of working with Alyssa and Erin here. They have been very helpful with all of our shipping needs. I have not done any printing with them yet, but when I am out of business cards I plan to give them a try.

  A massive SHOUT OUT and THANK YOU to Tara, who took the 20 minutes to help me solve a problem that 7 CALLS to 7 REPS at the UPS Customer Service number over the course of 3 DAYS could not. After 3 frustrating and infuriating days with these so called "Customer Service reps" at the 800 number, I reached out to my local store. This problem had absolutely nothing to do store. But after listening to my tale of woe she kindly and professionally helped to come up with a workaround solution. Tara is the very definition of "customer service". I cannot thank her enough!

  I couldn't have had a better experience than I did today with Colleen! She handled my shipping need with ease and professionalism.
