  This UPS Store consistently provides outstanding customer service! I arrived right at closing, and Margo, David, and Esmeralda didn’t hesitate for a moment to assist me. They greeted me with big smiles and made me feel truly welcomed, despite the late hour. Their kindness, helpful attitude, and professionalism were exceptional. I’m so grateful for their support and genuinely impressed by the level of service they provided. Thank you for going above and beyond!

  We had an amazing experience at this UPS Store. We came in with 7 large luggage bags, hoping to find an affordable shipping option. Unfortunately, the cheapest quote we received was over $200 per bag, which was beyond our budget. We apologized for not being able to proceed, but the staff were still incredibly kind and welcoming. They kept smiling, treated us with respect, and even lent us their dolly to help load the luggage into our van. We truly appreciate their generosity and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this UPS Store to everyone in the local area!
