- KOKiara Ortega2 days ago1.0Went for usps services, they didn’t give me the correct information, I ended up getting my mail misplaced or stolen, went to ask person in the front they dismissed me by saying “we don’t have nothing to do with that as is USPS and they just collect and give it to them” I was never told this when came in to send it, they even gave me a tracking number on the ticket and it resulted in “it wasn’t valid because I didn’t pay for one” please train better your employees to give a better service and information.
