    The nicest young woman helped me today. Usually this place is super busy. But today no so much. I had 3 returned amazon items. She patiently helped me print off the lables. I so appreciate kindness. I didnt get her name. Thank you.

    The woman that got demoted has to be Given another job I dropped off a golf bag that weighed 6.8 lbs. This woman put it down as 67 lbs. for an empty golf bag. And overcharged me 200 dollars on my Mwcari account. Yes she messed up yet again. I will be calling in to her supervisor tomorrow and demanding an apology and refund. How do they let her keep her job? Every time she messes things up. I understand she’s very elderly but this is gross incompetence and messing up.
