    Was returning a device due to the partnership mlg has with ups, I returned my device the man at the counter scanned and gave me a receipt and forgot to finalize the order. When I returned the man couldn’t locate WHERE he put my package that’s supposed to be sent out to finalize the order. PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS!

    Completely unprofessional. I was having trouble with the return scan and although it was a silly mistake on my part the two guys behind the counter started talking about me and called me an idiot. Unacceptable. At least wait until I leave.
