  The staff at this store is really unhelpful. Went in there with a time-sensitive document to be notarized, and they told me I had to make an appointment on their website and come back another day. Going to their website, there's no option to make a notary appointment. No other UPS store I've ever used requires an appointment for notary services.

  Convenient location, very kind people
