Unfortunately, my experience at this particular UPS Store has not been good whatsoever. As I ship packages often and this store is the closest to my residence, inevitably the same women behind the counter looks miserable, doesn’t smile and generally is not helpful and has no clue how the UPS app works to accomplish even the simplest tasks. If a UPS Store owner/employee cannot even be bothered to help a UPS customer, since I usually just drop off my shipments that are ready to go and I just request a receipt and I’m not purchasing anything from them, they can’t be bothered in the least to be helpful. Needless to say, in the future I will go out of my way to avoid this store and give my business to FedEx, since apparently UPS Corporate thinks it’s acceptable for a store branded with its name and although independently owned should treat their customers so rudely and frankly disrespectfully after just spending $50 dollars to ship a package that required a new label and then have then have the nerve to charge almost $2 dollars to print a duplicate copy. Absolutely astonishing and I suggest taking your business elsewhere and avoid this UPS store located on Market St in Bradenton in the Publix plaza!

Spent $214 to overnight & surprise family with a ton of pastries & food. Bought Sunday night dropped it off Monday at 8am, now I’m being told it won’t be there until Thursday. Lady says UPS stores isn’t corporate that it’s a third party & can’t track & figure out what’s going on. Unacceptable & will not be going through this store or UPS in general.

We are new to the neighborhood. Will definitely take the time to go somewhere else. I prefer to support local but NOT when they are blatantly rude. Sorry folks you just lost a customer.
