  Went into today and they had no internet connection. The 2 young men were still very helpful and were able to help me out regardless, I appreciate the service they provided.

  Worst UPS store. The staff aren’t helpful, but rude instead. They don’t follow the protocols nor assist with fingerprinting. Their website doesn’t accurately register you for fingerprinting either; you must go to a separate website to register and pay. The middle-aged lady working the afternoon of 7/21/25, with two young men, refused to help with fingerprinting (aside from handing me an alcohol wipe) and told me to call the machine’s customer service myself. LiveScan confirmed that this store failed to follow protocol.
