  I have been to this location on and off throughout the years. Never once have I had a complaint. 100% excellent customer service professionalism and courteousness. This is one of the best UPS stores l ever encountered.

  Was unable to pickup a prescription for my mother-in-law due to "UPS policy" but was not given any alternative options. When my father-in-law showed up to pick it up, Malik again refused to release the package, saying they were sending it back. When asked if it was still at their location, he confirmed it was BUT they could not release it. Malik is on a power trip that is not helping anyone. Go elsewhere.

  Malik was unhelpful. Claimed his inability to do his job is due to the corporate policy. He simply did not want to accomodate or help. I had to call the 800 number to get more information, and when we returned, Malik again used his "power" to prevent us from getting our package. Use a better resource, like FedEx or DHL
