  Friendliness and knowledge of store associate Claire when she helped me today figuring out what the best is for the flyers. I wanted them to print out. The reason why I didn’t give five stars I called in the morning, but the phone didn’t get answered and it ended up with a voicemail that I couldn’t leave a message on because it said that it’s full. So that wasn’t really helpful when you try to ask a couple of questions before you go there.

  Claire was exceptional yesterday! I had already been to Office Depot and CVS where I had poor service and I was kinda in a foul mood. Claire was professional and I soon had the documents I needed printed and in my hands. Her time management and customer service skills are top notch.

  If i could go lower i absolutely would. Absolutely awful customer service, telling me that they cannot take my box that already has a return label on it because their computers restart at 5:55 is ridiculous, inexcusable and frankly unbelievable. And the fact that you had two employees lie to me after i waited in line for them to finish helping another customer is shameful

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible customer service. Refused to take my return because it wasn’t in a clear plastic bag. I’ve returned items here before and they put it in a clear plastic bag for me. They wanted me to buy their padded envelope. The guy behind the counter said “two wrongs don’t make it right”. Employees should be trained better.
