  We came to get something notarized, Matt notarized for us. He was amazing at multitasking the long line of people to keep everything moving, while also helping us. He also dealt with a customer that wanted to complain about everything. I believe the guy walked in with a storm cloud over his head. Matt kept his cool, kept helping everyone, and stayed perfectly professional! I was very impressed!

  Employees at location not willing to do notary one hour before close because they want to make sure it doesn't impact their time to leave. Arrived 45 min before store close. Make sure you extra time even if no one in store.

  The notary guy here will stop working one hour head the shop close time!!! Be aware, even he is in the shop because end of the day is TOO BUSY FOR HIM EVEN THERE ONLY ONE PERSON AT THE STROE FOR THE LAST WHOLE HOUR!!!!!!!!!

  Edit: thank you got your reply and the willingness to look into this matter. The employee refused to notarize the document since it didn’t have a specific line for his signature. And when I asked why he can’t stamp next to my signature in the empty space, he referred me to consult an attorney. Another store 3 miles away did just that and took care of the matter in 5 minutes, which I much appreciated! The notary official might need more training to feel comfortable servicing the customer!
