  I had used the UPS store last year to ship back credit card equipment. I tracked it and saw that it had reached it's destination and left it at that. But the company kept charging me, stating that they never received the equipment, which was obviously a lie. I called today after almost a year to get a record of the tracking number, so I could send it to these awful people and get them from fining me. A nice young man at the store tracked the order and emailed me the receipts that I can now use to counter the claim. All I can say is a heartfelt thanks to these people.

  After a very disappointing experience at the UPS store on 8200 A Quebec St in Centennial — where the staff were unhelpful and unwilling to assist with even basic tasks — I came to this location and the difference was night and day. Kody was absolutely incredible. He was kind, professional, and truly went above and beyond to help me. He listened, understood the situation, and took care of everything smoothly and efficiently. His attitude was warm and welcoming, and he clearly takes pride in his work. UPS is truly lucky to have someone like Kody on their team. He turned a stressful day into a positive experience. I can’t thank him enough — and this location deserves recognition for doing things the right way. Highly recommend this store, and if you’re fortunate enough to be helped by Kody, you’re in great hands!
