  I went to return my Xfinity equipment today and had a frustrating experience. The staff rudely informed me that printing a label wasn’t free, despite my instructions clearly stating that I didn’t need a printed label. It felt like they were trying to scam me or just weren’t properly informed. I ended up going to the UPS store in Davis, where the staff was much more helpful and processed the return without issue. It’s either a lack of training or a deliberate attitude problem at this location

  I was in a lengthy line for 10+ minutes. When I got up to the counter the phone rang and the clerk answered the phone and told me to wait and she would get back to me, while she proceeded to help the customer on the phone for 5 minutes. Meanwhile the person that was behind me then was assisted by the other clerk before me. Proper and respectful customer service would have entailed the clerk asking the person on the phone who just called to hold please and proceed on helping the customers that had been waiting in line for several minutes.
