The shopping center they’re based in is running a parking racket. I parked in the lot and patronized the UPS Store and they put a boot on my car. They make you pay $75 to take it off. I had things to do and they made me late and couldn’t stick around too long to fight it. This all stems from some beef the businesses in this shopping center have with Jimmy John’s. The parking lot scam artists make six figures from this scheme, you can look up the article Planet Money did on them. UPS deserves a one star because when I called and complained about it they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. But really they do and support these guys to punish Jimmy John’s for not paying into the racket. Hey UPS if you don’t support this then complain to your landlord that you don’t want these scam artists operating in your lot. This happened earlier this year but I just remembered to write the review when I went back.

The employee helped me carry inside a package weighing over 80lbs, added some tape to the package for strength, and coordinated the shipping label: This interaction was the easiest part of a very long and stressful process
