  Two packages. Two mistakes. First: A package came to the store and because it was busy, the receiver placed it with the packages being returned to sender. Naturally, it was never scanned in. It was sent back to the sender with no explanation. We had to contact the sender and ask to have it resent at our own expense. Second: A package had a mailbox with a digit wrong. The address was not assigned to anyone, and yet none of the staff had the common sense to look up the name to see if the correct mailbox was similar to the incorrect mailbox on the package. When asked, they didn't say what they did with the package. Rather, they said, "We don't have a package for you and we don't know where your package is. We're investigating now and will call you back." In both instances, the manager was supposed to call us back with an update and she nor anyone else ever did.
