  This place always charges 15 dollars for a small box and today after dragging a big Amazon return along with my 3 month old a older women with blonde hair refused to help me print a label after seeing the young man up front print a label she told me the computers were down and i can come back in the morning i went at 4pm on 9-9-25 do they fix computers over night. So now I’m traveling to another location with my 3m old who sounded lovely on the phone and is willing to help print my label

  These people are absolute garbage. Nickel and dime you on everything. They charge people $5.00 to print a label. Stay away from this location. This store should be reported for predatory practices.

  I went to this Ups Store today to drop off my package. And they refused to take it because it was over the weight limit. The package was 70lb.. They sent me to the UPS on Bustleton Ave.. And the workers took the package without any complains. Employees was really helpful.
