⭐️ 1 Star — If I could give zero, I would.
This freehold UPS (In Raintree) location is absolutely awful, and it’s all because of two miserable employees who clearly hate their jobs. One is an older woman with gray hair always pulled into a ponytail, and the other is an older woman with brown hair — and both of them are unbelievably rude every single time I walk in.
I have a medical condition that makes it hard for me to leave the house, so I rely on UPS for returns and deliveries. Every time I come in, I’m polite and organized, but they act like helping me is ruining their day. The one I believe is named “Rita” actually said, “Ugh, are you serious with all these returns?” right to my face. The other one had the nerve to tell me I wasn’t “comprehending what she was saying.” Excuse me? The arrogance is unreal.
Every other employee here is friendly and professional, but these two older ladies are the most unprofessional, bitter, and condescending workers I’ve ever dealt with. If you hate your job that much, maybe it’s time to retire — because taking it out on customers who just need basic help is unacceptable.
Until these two are replaced, I’ll be avoiding this location completely. They give UPS a horrible name.

Typically the employees are very nice and helpful. However, I came here last week and today, and was met by very rude staff. Last week, I waited at the sign that said to wait there until a staff member calls you up. A boy/girl was working. I forget the boy's name, but the girl's name started with an M (I will not say her name). Both looked at me, and didn't say anything. The girl gave me such a nasty look. The boy helped me after he was done doing whatever he was doing and I went on with my day. I was going to write a review then about the customer service but I happened to forget. Today, I walked in and the same girl from last week helped me. I waited at the sign patiently, receiving no "Hi, I will be right with you" , just a glance up at me. When "M" was done, she made a hand movement to come over to help me... Can I suggest saying "I can help you" perhaps even saying "thank you for your patience" . When I was done, she just handed me my receipt and didn't say a word. Just very rude and miserable. If you don't want to work or can't smile for two seconds at a customer walking in, then don't work. I work in the service industry and understand it is tough, but two for two times where you can't smile at a customer or say a BASIC "Hi, How are you" is ridiculous and calls for a reality check.

Today was a rainy day, and I stopped by this UPS Store to ship my package. They scanned my UPS barcode, but once they realized the shipment was going to India, they refused to print the label and said they are “a different company” from UPS. This was very disappointing and confusing since the store carries the UPS logo. Poor customer service and no willingness to help.

Prepare to be nickel and dimed over EVERYTHING. Need a piece of tape? Upcharge! Need them to print a prepaid label? $3 upcharge! All for them to mishandle the item and have it arrive broken if it arrives at all. No thanks.
