  Hours are wrong. And not even remotely close. Massive waste of time and money to travel out of my way to a store that had closed FIVE hours earlier than listed.

  Staff at this UPS location was super super accommodating and helpful in getting our large oddly shaped package in a state ready to ship! We really appreciate the effort and care put in to helping us!

  I received the best service from Don during my visit to this store. I needed numerous different photocopy work done, passport photos taken, shipping packages created, and notary services for some documents. Don was extremely helpful and patient with my many requests. A delightful experience made ever better when I found out I had actually walked into the store past their closing time, yet I still received stellar and patient service. And when I left and mistakenly left my photos behind, Don called me and went above and beyond to ensure I got them that evening. Truly great customer service!

  I work across the street with Fannie Mae’s mailroom department and work daily with UPS in gathering the buildings packages. JERMELL has been nothing but AMAZING everyday I see him for assistance. Whenever there is a long line , he handles each customer with care.

  If you call the number, it says they have a notary in the office starting at 9:30. But if you go to the office, they say the notary is actually only in between 2pm-6pm and they'll be super rude about it. UPDATE: I waited until after 2pm. The notary started writing on my documents, but then realized that I had left her a bad review, so then proceeded to refuse to notarize my documents for me. She had already signed in pen, so I can't even get another notary to finish the job. VERY unprofessional! Go ANYWHERE else!
