  sent an email for my order, they mix it up with a walk in order, i need my sign by a certain day and they can’t print my sign until the day after. just a mess. would not recommend.

  Came to return Amazon package. They did not want to scan from the phone had print out a shipping label and charged $3 just to print that label.

  Here's a glowing Google review for the UPS Store on Quarterpath Road based on your experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars for the UPS Store on Quarterpath Road in Williamsburg! After a nightmare at the Rochambeau UPS, I drove 13 minutes here and was blown away. In and out in less than a minute—professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful staff. My prepaid label wouldn’t scan at the other place, and they refused to manually enter number, claiming it wasn’t possible. Quarterpath? No excuses, no complaints—just quick, competent service. They typed in the number, processed my package, and had me out the door with a smile. This team is the polar opposite of the lazy, unhelpful crew at Rochambeau. With a 4.5-star rating compared to Rochambeau’s 3.4, it’s clear Quarterpath is doing something right. Honestly, UPS should send this store’s manager or even their assistant manager over to Rochambeau to whip that place into shape. Highly recommend Quarterpath for anyone needing reliable, hassle-free shipping! Thanks guys

  I've been meaning to share a review on this particular store for a long time and I kept forgetting, but I am a big online shopper and a lot of things don't work out so I am bringing things in to this UPS store a lot to the point where it almost shames me into Backing off of my shopping habit, but never once has any employee there ever made me feel like I was a burden or a problem even though I'm sure they hate to see me coming some days when I'm bringing back a lot of stuff. They are patient with me helpful And go above and beyond when I've accidentally put The wrong label on something or needed to repackage an item. I think that every employee at that store deserves a raise and recognition For how stellar their work ethic is and how They are good representatives of UPS as a company.
