  Rude and disrespectful. One of their workers, a male was extremely rude and unhelpful when asked simple questions about their services. I would give 0 stars if I could. If you don’t like working in customer service, simply don’t!

  This team at UPS Store 5642 really know what they are doing! This experience far exceeded my expectations. The store managed to complete a complex print job for me, involving various materials, in record time. I found each member of the team at the store personable and eminently competent as print professionals. Emily was always quick to respond and provided excellent creative advice for the best outcomes. The quality was excellent, and I could not be happier with the outcomes. Outstanding experience. Highly recommend.
