  Update: To the person who responded, I've already contacted the store and they didn't even reply. If I could give zero stars I would. Why is my package just sitting here for a full additional day, but I can't just pick it up myself? I see this as a big flaw in 2025.

  For one return, I needed a label printed. I was told they would charge a dollar. For the 2nd return, I had my own box built, but it needed to be taped on top. I was told that would cost $1.50. I calmly asked the man working, if it's normal to charge fees for small things. He proudly said "We will charge you for anything we can". I told him, I will go to another UPS, where they don't charge. He proudly said ok and let me leave.
