  Unfortunately most of the reviews on this site are several years old and hats off to Jeff for responding to them. I wrote a review two days ago that was pretty bad. I was poorly treated by two employees. The skinny male employee with the long hair, long beard and rather unkept, took issue with me for asking how long it would take to get waited on when he was doing nothing and pretending I wasn't there. The woman that's the notary that I was waiting on was taking a break in the back room and couldn't come out to wait on me. I spent 20 minutes waiting for help and when I asked how much longer the wait would be all hell broke loose and they asked me to leave. Jeff, this is poor service and if it were my business I would like to hear from the customer that wrote the bad review about this situation. After leaving your UPS store I went to a couple of other business's there in the village and discussed what happened and in every situation the response was "yes, I've heard that the service is pretty bad there and getting worse". I have felt for a long time that your staff has an attitude but never witnessed what I did two nights ago. You should be concerned.

  jeff & his knowledgeable staff are always pleasant & ready to assist with efficiency. i LOVE this UPS store in del mar because they can handle EVERYTHING except fed-ex. they are super friendly & keep convenient hours. melissa joseph

  Every single time I come here the male employees treat you as if you're invisible, and then when needing help they refuse to offer it. Male employee here had the worst attitude, slamming everything and pretending to look busy so that they can't help you (which was so obvious). Then acting as if small requests were such an issue. UPS needs to look into the employees at this location and provide them with better training. Easy fix would to be to fire these employees as they are creating a negative experience for every single customer.

  The service is outstanding. I no longer feel it is a burden to mail something, just take in the package with an address and they make it so easy to get exactly what you need, nothing more and nothing less. Feel like they are a neighbor providing helpful service.
