  Hours online and posted on the door said the store was open until 6:30 today. Arrived at 6:10 and it was locked up.

  I have never been to a UPS store before and today I had 2 returns for 2 different places. I wasn't 100% sure what I doing so I was hoping no one would come inn behind so I didn't hold up anyone's day trying to figure out how to return things on the fly. LOL! Before I know it I'm at the counter bingeing greeted with a friendly smile and welcoming, "Hello...How can I help you?" from Gabby the Great! Well, that's I'll call her. She asked me a few questions, scanned a code from my phone, ask a couple questions, grabbed the things I was returning, typed on the computer, printed a couple things, stapled some papers, handed me a receipt, told me "There you go. All set. Have a Great day." and smiled! She did in 2 or 3 minutes what I thought was gonna take 20-30 minutes. After picking my jaw off the ground, I thanked her a lot and her reply was a giggle, a smile and "That's what I'm here for." Job Well Done by Gabby the Great!
