  I have used this UPS store for years for shipping and for Amazon returns. The staff has always been polite and efficient. Today I went in to get electronic fingerprints taken. Avanni assisted me and she was outstanding. My fingertips have a lot of wear and tear on them and Avanni was so patient and really took her time to make sure that she got the best prints for me. I’m very pleased to say that within two hours, my fingerprints were approved by the Florida agency they were sent to.

  I always enjoy going to my UPS store as they rarely is a line and the clerks always greet me with a smile. I go there pretty often and love when I see the same people and I always tell them it’s nice to see you no matter who helps me I always leave feeling satisfied.

  I went to this UPS Store on August 18, 2025 at 6:28 PM to return a package. The posted closing time is 6:30 PM, but the doors were already locked. I was with my baby, after a long day of running errands, and to be turned away before closing was extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional. To be fair, I usually have had great experiences at this location — the staff are normally friendly and smiling. But this time, it seemed like one of the same staff actually shooed me away instead of acknowledging that I had arrived before closing. That was very disappointing. Customers plan around posted business hours, especially when returns and shipping deadlines are time-sensitive. Closing early without notice shows a lack of respect for people’s time and effort. Management can easily verify this on their CCTV cameras for the exact timestamp of when I arrived. If you’re planning to use this location close to their posted hours, be aware you may find the doors locked early. I hope the owners take this seriously and make sure customers can actually rely on the hours they advertise.
