  If I could find where to give UPS, in general, a review I would but this seems to be my only option since they don’t even come up on the BBB website. I’m so tired of these shipping companies rolling out tech that doesn’t work or is cumbersome. I have no need for a UPS account, but I have one for the one time every 10 years I need it. I need to have a delivery held at a location as I’ve had delivery attempts made and I’m not home. After spending an hour on this app, updating everything, I still can’t get the package held due to errors on the app (and I tried in browser as well), and/or that I apparently have to wait until I receive some code in the mail before I can update my address. And I don’t even know if that’s actually the problem. This app and process is cumbersome and unnecessarily complicated. This shouldn’t be this hard!

  I can only add to the negative reviews for those dropping off Amazon returns. The people who work here ignore you and are dismissive. I now travel the extra distance to Staples on Palomar Airport road when I have a return. Because of the way I was treated at this UPS store, I go to the UPS store near Lowes when I have a need for their services. They have excellent customer service there

  Handy place to return your Amazon orders. There is an Amazon self-service kiosk where you bag and tag your own returns, but the staff can help as well. I guess they also have other services like mailboxes for rent, notary, shipping of course. Staff are friendly enough.
