  I always drop off my Amazon returns here. Nice and easy, sometimes a line, but it moves quickly. Employees are always nice and helpful.

  They advertise no appointment necessary for fingerprinting but yet the person doing the fingerprints is not there when I arrive. What’s the point, this is not convenient for people to take off work to come and get fingerprinted during a certain time.

  I'd like to give 5 stars but with the self service kiosk down for so long now, the line to wait for an associate is often not possible for me. Whatever the reason the kiosk is not being fixed..... please reconsider your customers convenience.

  Long line to return Amazon item. Automated machine was broken. Staff moves at the speed of molasses. Line went nearly out the door. Staples return is soooo much better.
