  Karissa and her team are always professional, helpful, and dependable. They make the process quick and easy every time I stop in, and it’s clear they run the store really well. Consistently great service.

  I really like the location in Tampa on Gandy near Dale Mabry. Karissa, the store manager, is always quick to drop what she is doing to help a guest. The other employees are all very efficient and friendly, as well. Their hours are also great.

  No one could print my 36” by 24”, but they did same day. I drove from Oldsmar and the ink was running out and and Karissa drove all the way to Seminole to get the ink and then drove it to meet me after rush hour because she knew I had a presentation the next morning. Absolutely above and beyond!!!

  I came to the Gandy UPS store location to simply get finger printing done for my employment. There were two women working at the time I arrived and neither one even greeted me as a customer when I walked in or acknowledged I was even there to be quite honest. No “I’ll be right with you” or “hello welcome to ups” at all. Just in general that is rude but in a customer service environment that is unacceptable. As I type this review I still am standing in the location and haven’t even been spoken to and I’ve been in here for 5 minutes. Both Alexis and Karissa had the NASTIEST attitudes I have ever seen from customer service attendants in my life. Alexis was constantly on her phone and disengaged and Karissa was just flat out rude. UPS needs to enforce better customer service training for its employees instead of hiring individuals who lack common courtesy and respect.

  I never thought I’d say this about a postal company, but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the UPS Store at the intersection of Dale Mabry & Gandy in South Tampa. Alexis always greets me/ my family with a big smile & seems to genuinely care when she asks how it’s going. Jayla is great too as well as the other employees, by the way. Karissa, the store manager, is THE BOMB! & she has personally assisted me numerous times & I always leave feeling satisfied. Heck, I like this location so much that I prepaid for a box for half a decade because I don’t see us ever canceling our service here!! Thanks for everything, Team UPS Gandy!!! 🙏💗💗💗
