  The posted store hours on a door clearly say 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM. I arrived at 8:20 AM, and the store was still closed with no one inside. This is absolutely unprofessional. Either update the hours on your door or make sure to open on time. It’s very frustrating and disappointing to see a business in this area operate like this.... especially brand name as UPS STORE!!

  I'm a long time customer, staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable and very curious. Depends on what time you go there but usually after 4pm "rush hour" it's really busy but their actually extremely efficient and your in and out before you even realize it. Great job guys.

  The owner is rude and did not explain when I paid for my notary that cash is $2 and credit card is $2.50. I paid by my card and I realized over the phone he said $2. I went back and asked him that over the phone he said $2. He is like its a different price for a credit card. He should have mentioned that or have a sign to let the customer know prices are different for credit card and cash. Not going back here for my notary again.

  Я не понимаю ,,, расписание написано открывается 8am, время уже 8-20, но не кого нет и это не первый раз. Ведь мы рассчитываем на это время чтоб не опоздать на свою работу. Неужели нельзя с этим как то разобраться? Почему не кто это не контролирует?
