  Ah yes, the magic show continues at this UPS Store. No matter what box you bring in—brand new, taped like Fort Knox, or straight from Amazon—it’s always somehow “not packaged properly” or “too damaged.” It’s honestly impressive how they can turn any return into an excuse for an extra charge. If creativity were currency, they’d be millionaires. Of course, when Amazon returns probably net them about three cents and a used paperclip, you can see why they’ve built this little side hustle of surprise fees. And judging from the reviews, it’s practically a tradition here—everyone seems to get the same “special treatment.” On the bright side, at least the tall Indian gentleman behind the counter didn’t grab my phone and leave himself a glowing 5-star review, like some other unlucky customers have mentioned. So hey, small victories.

  Really efficient service. I arrived near closing time to a line of 8. We all pretty much walked in together and the sole employee processed everyone’s stuff in about five minutes.

  I love this place. Stuff is very professional and knowledgeable and always greets you nicely. Better than any other UPS place. I would drive longer just to go to this location.

  Opened a Mailbox at this location. The owner Mr.Ghodasara was extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire process. The care and quality at this business is flawless; I’m very pleased with my decision to do business here! I recommend anyone to check them out and todo business here. Great business run by amazing people!
