  Walked in, wasn't greeted. Was treated with total disrespect. Dealt with Amanda who was just rude. No one has a positive attitude here, both employees were frowning. Seriously, if you're that unhappy of a person; find a job where you dont have to deal with the public. I did not get a thank you or anything!

  I use this UPS because it’s convenient to my home. But If I had another closer option I would use it. I’m in this location at least on average 3 times a month, sometimes double that. The owners know me by face I’m in there so often and I go out of my way to be kind to Kate because I have seen her on multiple, multiple occasions be rude and inconsiderate to other customers. She has at times to me as well even when I’m overly polite. I know at times working in customer service can be tough dealing with customers but when you have a customer who is overly kind to you and you are still rude, I finally had enough and decided to write this review. My husband said he has had the same experience with her.

  Always in and out with no issues! Any questions are answered immediate and clear. I love 6 miles away and will ALWAYS choose this location! 👍🏼
