  Love this UPS store! Bob was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to help me print out my labels and get them on my packages. I would highly recommend this store to anyone!

  I visited UPS today for notary services and departed feeling quite pleased. Bob provided me with prompt assistance and maintained a friendly and professional attitude. The store was impeccably clean, the music was enjoyable, and the prices seemed reasonable. While there are several UPS locations in downtown Chicago, I am very happy that I chose this particular one, as I received such excellent service from Bob!
