  I contacted this UPS store for printing needs. They were very easy to work with and their prices were lower than expected. They followed all of my requests perfectly, as I had multiple documents that had different printing instructions. They even went above and beyond and saw potential needs that I might have, asking if I wanted them stapled, for example.

  The UPS Store is fantastic! I have always had pleasurable experiences when visiting this particular location. The store is always clean, and the employees are fast, polite, and efficient. While visiting the store today, I was helped by Venessa, Dorian, and Janelis. I was struggling to find a box that would fit my item that needed to be shipped. These ladies truly went above and beyond to help me. Not only were they willing to find something that would work, they actually took the time to package it up and get it ready for shipment. I felt highly valued as a customer and will continue to choose this store for all of my shipping needs. Thank you Venessa, Dorian, and Janelis for exceptional customer service!!

  Vanessa was amazing! I had a big Amazon return and she did a quick job to get me out of there and was very understanding when I gave her the incorrect package and didn’t notice till afterwards.

  This UPS Store is the Best! Everyone is always so helpful and efficient. Kaitlyn was very knowledgeable and helped me with solutions to shipping needs in a hurry.

  Two of the most awesome ladies helped me today at the ups store in Anderson, and went above and beyond to help me with my return. Both were very knowledgeable and so friendly. I came in right at close and I was not prepared at all, but they walked me through the process, and stayed over just make sure I got what I needed. So very thankful for these two, would absolutely go again!
