    This UPS store is the worst! Always long lines, and they tried to charge me for a box for an Amazon return!! I was even on chat while this happened and Amazon said no, the return does not require a box!! Trying to charge me for a box! LIARS! A disgrace to UPS!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

    I come here all the time to make my returns. And I have to say that Tammy is probably one of the best workers in here. Her customer service is always top notch !!! It doesn't matter how busy they are, She is always pleasant and treats everyone with a VIP experience. She's not always the one to help me, but I notice when she's helping others and I actually had to tell her today, just how wonderful I think she is, at what she does!!!! Someone should have her teach a class on customer service!!!!
