    Came in the other day completely scatter brained and all over the place the young lady helping me was so nice & absolutely wonderful. She helped me chill out so much & also great conversations while we did the transactions. I cant remember her name but it was something Elenor or Eloise something EL ( I’m so sorry) But you were amazing girl thank you so much for being you. <3

    Stopped in with a Gap Drop Off and two boxes of shredding. I was so helped by Elise. She was very pleasant and helpful! The store feels comfortable and has a "community" feel to it. Elise let me know that the owner (Pete ?) often comes in and works with the staff...what a cool guy! Hey Elise, thank you for having such great customer service skills! Katharine
