    Absolutely insane that they force you to make an appointment for live scan and then make you wait almost an hour past that just to still tell you that they’re “too busy” to do it yet. Absolute waste of time. 45 minutes of just standing and waiting for no one to do their job. I don’t understand why they offer the appointment slots if they aren’t going to even use them.

    Terrible customer service, you could tell the lady with a ribbon hair tie did not want to work today. She was rude and her tone was so condescending. Just asked a question and the way she answered was so dismissive and rude as if she did not want to help at all. Truly disappointed because I usually get great customer service from everyone else in this location.
